Production Assembler – Industrial Electronics
\n Location: Nashville, TN
\n Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:15pm CDT (40 hours/week)
\n Compensation: $19.25
\n
\n About Us:
\nLocally owned engineering firm specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial electronics. We are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our production team. This is a hands-on role focusing on the assembly of electronic devices and components in a supportive, team-based environment.\n

\n Key Duties & Responsibilities \n\n

\n\t
• Locate parts and manage inventory throughout the production process.\n\t
• Adjust and replace electrical components as needed.\n\t
• Solder electronic connections or components.\n\t
• Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.\n\t
• Properly label all components and completed modules.\n\t
• Use common and specialized hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily (up to 8 hours).\n\t
• Maintain accurate production and work records.\n\t
• Consult with supervisory staff on workflow and priorities.\n\t
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to coworkers as needed.\n\t
• Interpret assembly instructions, including blueprints, diagrams, reports, specifications, and work orders.\n

\n Requirements \n\n

\n\t
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.\n\t
• Must have experience in Key Duties listed above. \n\t
• Ability to work with hands and use tools for up to 8 hours a day.\n\t
• Ability to distinguish colors as required by electrical assembly.\n\t
• Vocational or military training preferred, but not required.\n\t
