Job Qualifications: Experience within wellness, service, and/or retail sector with a proven track record and a desire to help others win. Past sales skills and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment a plus. * Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1 –6members. * Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises. * Instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength trainingequipment. * Responsible for achieving the monthly personal training revenue goal established by the management team. * Attend weekly teammeetings. * Understandshow to administer body scan technology and interpretresults. * Partners alongside member sales team to promote membershipsales. * Ensure facility cleanliness andtidiness. * Remains current on certifications, continuing education, and new trends in the industry.
